As a founding member of Syracuse First, we are deeply committed to supporting local businesses. We partner with several local businesses by selling their products in our store. Find delicious, fresh food from local farms and food producers in our grocery aisles and in the freezer and cooler sections. We also carry health & beauty products from local producers.

Bulk

We have a vast selection of grains, nuts, seeds, dried fruit, herbs, snacks, loose teas, and more in our bulk section. This is a great section to visit for obscure ingredients that are difficult to find in your standard grocery store.

Food

We have a wide selection of healthy food for the whole family. We not only strive to provide hundreds of organic food options, but also, we believe in the importance of assuring to the best of our ability that the food products we carry are GMO-free. We appeal to vegans with hundreds of vegan-friendly options and we tempt carnivores with high-quality meat selections. From condiments and snacks to healthy meal ideas, we are here to confirm that healthy food can indeed be delicious!

Pets

If you feed your pet high-quality food, you will love our selection of canned and bagged cat food and dog food. We have a freezer case of specialty pet food as well. And we also carry a large variety of treats for your furry friends.

Gifts

One might not think of a health food store as a place to purchase gifts, but we have a nice selection of gift ideas including: candles, handbags, books, cds, clothing, and more. And don’t forget, you can also purchase a gift card for your healthy-minded friend; our gift cards can be used in our store, or for salon services!

We keep a variety of household products in stock for our customers so they can live in a chemical-free home environment. Stop in for a large selection of natural cleaning agents, recycled aluminum foil and lunch bags, paper towels, napkins, and larger scale items like steam cleaners, air purifiers, and water filters.

Gluten-Free

With the rising awareness of celiac disease, as well as gluten-intolerance, we recognize the importance of carrying an abundance of gluten-free food options. We currently carry over 1,000 gluten-free food items. Our staff can also direct our gluten-free customers to cosmetics and supplements that are gluten-free.

Coffee/Tea

We have dozens of coffee options, all of which are fair-trade and/or organic including dark and medium roasts, delicious blends, and scrumptious flavors. We present on our shelves more than 400 different teas, including several varieties of herbal, black, green, white, red, Rooibos, and pue-erh options.
